CoHI wants to get to know every one of its hard money borrowers. After a real estate loan term sheet is issued and signed and everybody is on the same page (borrower, lender and broker if applicable) CoHI will schedule a site visit. 

We visit each and every property that we fund and try in most cases to meet the borrower so that this is not just another faceless Hawaii hard money loan.
